The CKF team are currently installing a state-of-art transfer and grading system for one of our world-leading confectionery customers.
The finished system will grade the confectionery products and transfer them back to a polishing drum in an adjacent bay.
We wanted to share the CKF Grading machine, which can grade oversized and undersized product. Traditional vibratory feed graders can quickly become ineffective when contamination of the grading screens occurs whilst handling difficult products.
The CKF Grader displays a dynamic surface to the product with self-cleaning features, ensuring continuous and efficient performance when grading these difficult product groups. It’s also a much quieter which improves working conditions.
