Layer Palletising

The CKF range of Layer palletising options extends from simple layer palletiser units through to fully integrated operations incorporating high speed accumulation with multi-lane infeeds. Layer palletisers are the ideal option for high-speed high-volume applications with the ability to build defined patterns of uniform products for direct placement onto pallets. They can also offer improved benefits where floor space is at a premium and are typically based around standard operating modules for product presentation, accumulation and collation with the ability to receive products from multiple delivery lines.

All systems are available with associated interfaces for both products and pallets including in-line inspection facilities for optimal performance. The range of products handled includes boxes, cases, trays, crates and buckets on their various forms.
