On the 9th of October 2021, Robbie Dawson, CKF Sales Director, will be taking part in the ‘A Run With No Witty Name’ Ultra Marathon with his dog Max to help raise money for the German Shepherd Elite charity. The German Shepherd Rescue Elite (GSRE) charity was formed with the aim of rescuing, re-homing German Shepherd Dogs (GSD’s) and educating people on the breed.
“I will be running next month in the memory of Luciano Magalotti, a wonderful man with a fantastic drive for life and a great sense of humour who was always a joy to be around.
Luciano was a very charitable man – supporting so many charities, foremost of these was the Cotswold Canal Trust and German Shepherd Rescue Elite (a charity and cause very close to my heart). I’m looking forward to helping to make Luciano’s memory a legacy for a breed of dog that he loved dearly.” Robbie Dawson
