INVESTING IN OUR CUSTOMERS

We will train our customers’ engineers through the FAT (factory test and installation) and commissioning phase and final handover of a project to enable them to familiarise themselves with the system, the fixes and any issues that could present themselves.

TAKING OWNERSHIP THROUGH FAMILIARISATION

It is important to us at CKF that customers and their support team receive a “hands on” approach, it’s the best way of learning about the new system, how to maintain it properly and the tools and parts that should be held in-house. As the first point of call, its essential that they are totally confident in the solution provided by CKF Systems.

FORMAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES

In addition, we offer formal training programmes for both operator and maintenance personnel, starting with classroom training through to hands on familiarisation and fault diagnostics. Training records are kept and passed over to the customer on completion, and certification issued to the trained personnel.

As an ABB Authorised Value Provider, we can also offer basic operational training for robot operators at ABB’s impressive facilities.
