Pallet Conveyors

Driven by the growth and development of automated palletising operations, CKF has developed a comprehensive range of pallet handling conveyors. The pallet conveyor range has been developed to compliment the various palletising operations designed and installed by CKF, and can be supplied as an integrated part of a palletising system or offered as stand-alone units to meet basic pallet transport needs.

The range of pallet conveyors include roller and driven chain variants for handling all industry standard pallet sizes and profiles. The pallet conveyors are offered in a range of standard sizes and finishes, complete with an array of modular add-ons such as chain transfers, guides, turntables and pallet positioning. The heavy duty construction is capable of handling loads of up to 1500kg and will operate with high levels of efficiency in most working environments.

The entire pallet conveyor range is designed to interface with associated pallet de-stacking and stacking operations, pallet inspection and buffering operations.
